Do you know what size bed is in the one bedroom? Is it a king or a queen? Also, would the owner consider a lower rate if six months was paid up front, or would they consider paying water, electric, condo fees, and internet? We don't want to insult anyone, but we have a certain budget and it doesn't hurt to ask.

Hola. La cama es de 2.5 plazas. Si Ud paga adelantado 6 meses puedo bajar precio hasta $600.00 incluido internet, alicuota y agua. Adicional Ud debe pagar solo consumo de luz. (02.05.2021)
