Samara  My husband and I are looking to move down in January as temporary residents on Investor Visas. We are looking for 1-2 bedroom with at least 1 bath near the mall area within walking distance of supermaxi, restaurants and beaches. We do have 2 dogs that are approx 45 lbs each, a chocolates lab mix and a stray we brought home from Turks and Caicos 3 years ago. They are sweet and well trained dogs. Our younger one Truman is my emotional support animal and our older one Lacey is my husbands. We are retiring to Ecuador and looking to stay in Manta for at least 6-12 months. The timing will be contingent on our house selling here in upstate NY. The market is good so we are hopeful it will sell and close by the end of the year. This one looks close to our budget range.
